How do I send you my photograph?
Once you have placed your order, you will recieve an email with instructions on how to send us the photograph you would like us to use for your art work. Alternatively, pop us an email to hello@birdandmole.com with your order number and photograph attachment. We can create designs featuring up to 4 people or pets. For larger groups please get in touch.

Without Frame
Just order the embroidery:
Available in two sizes - The fabric will be cut slightly larger to enable you to fix it into a mount.
The frameless option is ideal for those who already have a frame they would like to use or for international orders (please contact us for a shipping quotation before ordering outside the UK on hello@birdandmole.com).Due to the custom nature of the products, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of a fault. Clients must inspect their products upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days. If a client fails to adhere to agreed timelines on providing the photograph for the artwork to be designed, the order may be delayed or cancelled, in which case any costs incurred up to that point will be deducted from the refund.
