The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between you, the client, and Bird and Mole, the business, based in Somerset, UK. By placing an order online, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. The ‘product’ refers to any embroidered item or artwork the client has paid for from Bird and Mole.

Design Details
The embroidery we create is an artistic representation of a photograph and should not be expected to be a life-like replica. Our process interprets the photograph with the uniqueness of embroidered art. We allow up to two complimentary small design revisions - this would not include changing the photograph we use. Any further revisions beyond this will incur an additional fee.
Prohibited Content
We have a strict policy on the content we create and share on our website. To ensure a respectful and welcoming environment for all, we do not accept or produce illustrations featuring nudity or offensive material.
Currency
All prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and full payment is required to place an order.
Turnaround times
On completing their purchase, within 1 hour clients will receive an email with instructions on how to send Bird and Mole their chosen photography for their art work. The client is asked to respond to this within 3 days to avoid delays in their artwork being produced and shipped. Once the photograph is received, Bird and Mole aim to send a proof of the artwork to the client within 5 business working days. Once the design have been approved by the client, Bird and Mole will aim to embroider, frame and dispatch the artwork within 5 working days.
Copyright/Intellectual Property
All designs created by Bird and Mole remain the intellectual property of the designer. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, copy, or modify any part of the design without prior written consent from the designer.
Bird and Mole retains the rights to use the original line art and finished embroidery for marketing purposes, including sharing on social media and our website. Client permission is checked at the time of purchase before sharing the original photograph provided for the artwork.
Delivery, Postage, and Packaging
Delivery Times: Delivery estimates will be provided, but Bird and Mole is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Shipping Method: All items are shipped via tracked and insured services.
Lost or Damaged Items: In the event of lost or damaged products during shipping, [Your Business Name] will file a claim with the courier and work with the client to resolve the issue.
UK Clients: Products are shipped via Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for service.
International Clients: Products are shipped via DHL, with delivery times varying between 3-7 days. International clients may be responsible for paying customs fees upon receiving their order.
The embroidery will be carefully packaged but please contact us if anything is damaged in transit with photographic evidence.
Frames Used in Our Products
We use high-quality IKEA frames for our embroidered artwork. Please note, Bird and Mole is not affiliated with IKEA; we simply select their frames for their ease of use and simple design.
Cancellations and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of the products, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of a fault. Clients must inspect their products upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days. If a client fails to adhere to the agreed timelines outlined above on providing the photograph for the artwork to be designed, the order may be delayed or cancelled, in which case any costs incurred up to that point will be deducted from the refund.
Bird and Mole is not liable for any delays or failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.
